Fruit and Vegetables:
Rowswell - John Rowswell has been growing vegetables since he was just five years old. He learnt from his father, who still helps him run his market garden, which supplies some of the South West's top restaurants and hotels, as well as the public. Everything is grown and produced using a special blend of natural fertilisers, which means no insecticides or herbicides. John grows around 50 different types of vegetable, including nine varieties of tomato. Winner of the ‘Best Somerset Food Producer of the Year 2006’ and ‘Somerset Entrepreneur/Innovative Product Award’.

Local farmer Clive Sage of 'Wylde Meadow Farm', just outside Lyme, whose awards include a ‘Gold Medal’ in the ‘Taste of the West' Food & Drink Awards and the ‘Dorset’ Magazine’s ‘Beat Meat Producer of the Year’.
Fish:
Davy's Locker – Based 10 miles from the Alex, Davy's Locker is an established supplier of First Class Fish and Shellfish from West Country Ports.
Muesli, biscuits, preserves and chocolate:
Moores - This famous bakery in Morcombelake, Dorset was established in 1880, where the fifth generation now continues to make traditional biscuits, muesli and preserves.
Chocorassics - Pauline and Colin run this local cottage industry in Uplyme where they produce stunning handmade, shaped chocolates, one of which is moulded using a real Lyme Bay Ammonite!

‘Richard Parris’ - of Chard in Somerset, specialising in local cheeses and wonderful clotted cream.
Wines:
