This May sees the opening of our new restaurant; Ammonite.  Set in our wonderful new Orangery which has been sympathetically designed to complement its surroundings and create a calming space from which guests can dine and enjoy the spectacular sea views. Our Head Chef, Tom Holloway, has created a wonderful new menu for this exciting new addition to our current food offerings.
